2024 Fall Dinner Poster
Sorry everyone, we have sold out of our delicious meatballs/gravy. Will have to wait until our Annual Fall Dinner, which is coming up on October 20, 2024. Mark your calendars! Will again be drive-through only, has been working very well for serving more people. More information to come on cost of meal. CRA: Back to School Supplies
Thank you to everyone who donated back to school supplies! Volunteers from Trinity and Georgetown packed up 25 backpacks full of school supplies for kids served by the Community Referral Agency (CRA). CRA provides shelter and services for survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault. Their work includes emergency shelter, 24-hour crisis line, weekly support groups, system advocacy, safety planning and community education. They are committed to keeping survivors of violence and their children together and safe. CRA operated in Polk, Barron and Burnett County. Thank you everyone who has helped us have another great blood drive. We have either met our goal units or been above every since we have been holding them. Our next blood drive will be Tuesday, November 5 2024 from 12:00 to 6:00pm. Yes, this is election day, and please note the time change. Hope everyone is having a great summer!! We would like to thank both the members from Georgetown and Trinity who donated and helped pack and send off the backpack to local CRA organization. Our woman from Georgetown Lutheran will be getting our quilts and 72 backpacks ready to be sent to our mission projects. We have all supplies and will be organizing a time soon when we will assemble them. Thanks Again everyone who is participating in these great projects!!
